The Interior Designers and Planners Organization in Israel was established to raise awareness of the importance of the interior design and planning profession in Israel. It works to regulate the profession and improve the professional status of its members.

 

The organization has a legally incorporated appendix that defines the role of an interior designer and designer in Israel and serves as a basis for insuring regulated professional liability.

 

GOALS OF THE ORGANIZATION

 

– Legal and constitutional regulation of the interior design profession in Israel.

– To be home to a strong and united community, supporting and encouraging the growth and development of its members.

– To increase professional enrichment: workshops, seminars, tours in Israel and abroad and lots of inspiration,

– Explaining the essence of the profession to end customers and what the role of an interior designer and designer is.

– Bringing together interior designers at the beginning of their career to enable them to integrate professionally into the industry.

– Involvement in community life by creating design projects for the general public.

– To inspire members of the organization and the community.

 

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

 

– Certificate studies of at least 300 academic hours at a recognized educational institution

– Payment of annual membership fees of 359 NIS per year
